Meet the Attorney

Allen C. Speare has practiced law in Santa Clara County for more than 35 years. His extensive court experience and success rate has led him to be one of the most in demand lawyers in Santa Clara County and surrounding areas. Alongside being an accomplished trial lawyer, he also serves as a guest lecturer in law at various local junior colleges. In addition to other activities he participates in, Allen C. Speare is also used as a legal analyst for a local television station.

Giving back to the community has always been a passion of Mr. Speare. He feels that if we all gave just a small amount of our time, we can possibly make a difference in the lives of others. His extensive volunteer work has proudly impacted many lives. Allen C. Speare is also a member of The Santa Clara Bar Association.
